[…] And I don't know if I would be able to pick up German. But yeah, it's definitely a celebration of languages here in this home. I'd love to hear that. So tell us what your language experience in school was like. But it was very interesting because I was born in Colombia, in Medellin, Colombia, but I was raised in Miami, in Florida. And at home, my parents adopted the motto, which translates, we only speak Spanish in this house. So growing up, it was all Spanish. But because we lived in a neighborhood that had a lot of kids, all the kids spoke English. So I was exposed 50-50. So while everything at home was in Spanish, all my friends and all the neighborhood kids spoke English. […]
