Our mission is simple: spark conversations that help you think, feel, and do what’s best for you, because everything affects everything. This podcast is educational and inspirational. […] But at times I do be on autopilot as well. And sometimes we don't. We have to be on autopilot because we have so much to do. We have to raise the kids. We have businesses to run. We have all these things to do. And sometimes we don't have the time to just sit and. mourn or grieve or you know have these you know emotional moments but you got to give yourself space um you have to give yourself time i mean y'all know as therapists you have to um find a way and find a space to just process whatever you're dealing with um even if you don't have time in that moment just make sure you don't ignore it so it won't manifest itself in in other spaces in other places that it's not that's not appropriate So that's how I try to navigate those types of situations.
