This day in the life episode is from March 28, and features a day where me and my friends go to try on prom dresses (just for fun) and then some stories for the rest of the day. Specifically… Positivity!
In this episode, me and my counselor talk through some ways to stay positive during a difficult time of year for people. Typically, the first few months of the year are more stressful than the rest for people, and I wanted to bring this up and discuss it to give you all a place where you can trust what I’m saying. It can be really hard to take care of yourself the right way when you’re stressed, and I hope we show you that you’re not alone. Just to make sure everyone is mentally safe the way they should be, if you’re having genuine problems, then there are resources out there, there are people out there who can and want to help you, so let them. They want you to be okay too. I hope this helped all of you, some way or another, and that you enjoyed it! Remember to think specifically!
