Spill the Prosecco is for women who want honest conversations about life, business and personal growth. Hosted by Shez and Kell from SheKan, this podcast shares real stories, bold truths and plenty of laughs about confidence, self-doubt, mindset, relationships and life transitions. For women in business and those ready for more clarity, courage and a life that actually feels good. Pour a glass and join us.
Season 3 has flown by, and if there's one thing we know how to do, it's leave you with more to think about than answers... in the best possible way. This episode we're getting real with you, live, about what SheKan actually looks like from here.
We take you back to the plane ride to Bali where some of the big realisations started, and we own up to the fact that our first "SheKan 2.0" relaunch was basically just the old business in a different outfit - same logo, same colours, same everything - until we ran an event and realised, yeah... it's not it. We talk about what the rebrand actually gave us, and why we still think there's a hell of a lot left on the table.
We open up about SuccessKo., our corporate arm, why it exists, why it's not trying to be SheKan, and why nothing beats being in a room with women, changing lives in real time.
We finally spill the details on our first ever Sydney to Hobart cruise (yes, it's happening, and yes, we're only a small number of you), and we even confess to an April Fools joke that may have accidentally been genius marketing.
This one's part reflection, part reveal, part "here's what we're still figuring out." We are nowhere near done reimagining what this can be, and we wanted you in the room for it.
Pop the bottle and pour yourself a glass - this is the one where we get honest about what's next. 🥂

What's the hill you'll die on?
This episode is a bit of a switch-up… we're so used to talking about everyone else, our businesses, our kids, our husbands, that we realised we've never actually let you get to know us.
So, we did what we always do when we need a hand - we asked our custom ChatGPT, Susie (yes, she's named after Kell's mum, and yes, she's basically the third host at this point), to fire off a list of rapid questions and put us on the spot.
56 questions. No prepping. Just two glasses of Prosecco in Bali and whatever came out of our mouths first. We cover the version of ourselves we're grateful we outgrew, the wake up calls that came before SheKan even existed, the hills we will absolutely die on, and a few things about each other that even we didn't expect to say out loud.
If you've ever wondered what we're actually like off the clock… pop the bottle, pour yourself a glass, get comfy, and let's spill. 🥂

Our Unsung Heroes
This one didn't come with a template, and that's exactly why we loved recording it. We were talking the night before about the questions we get asked over and over at retreats, and one kept coming up more than any other… how do your husbands get along? So we figured, why not let you in on it too.
This episode is about our unsung heroes, Squidge and Joey, the ones who hold it all together behind the scenes while we do our thing.
We get into what it's actually like watching two very different men from two very different worlds become genuine mates, why "you can't force it" is the golden rule when it comes to blending friend groups, and the very real phenomenon we've nicknamed older man syndrome (you'll know it when you hear it).
We also talk about the moments that test a marriage in the best way - travelling together, prepping for other people's celebrations, and the quiet ways these two show up for us without ever needing to be asked.
And because we can't help ourselves, we close it out with a listener question that hit hard… what happens when the responsibility suddenly becomes yours, whether that's through loss, illness or divorce, and how you find your feet again when the safety you thought you had is gone. Heavy in the best way, and honestly one of our favourite conversations this season.
Pop the bottle and pour yourself a glass, this one's for the men who put up with us, and the women figuring it out on their own. 🥂
