#42 FROM “YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW BAD FINANCIALLY I AM” TO $19K IN 7 DAYS : WHAT SHIFTED ?
In this episode of Spill the Tea, Nicky shared how she shifted from feeling stuck, overthinking, and undercharging to reclaiming her value, with a major breakthrough around money, self-worth, and being visible as a coach. After a vulnerable group call and follow-up mindset and shadow work, she changed her approach, attracted better opportunities, and made $19,096 within a week.

In this episode of Spill the Tea, we share :
00:01:09 – 00:11:19 | Nicky’s identity, evolution, and coaching style
Nicky explains that she has spent much of her life carrying high energy without fully understanding its impact, and that her business focuses on helping people move from a “warrior” state of overthinking and stress into a more empowered way of being.]Kirsty reflects on Nicky’s rapid personal changes over time, noting that she tends to shed old versions of herself quickly because she is highly coachable and willing to act on feedback.
00:11:19 – 00:20:06 | Energy shift, money, and rapid results
We describe how a significant energetic shift led directly to tangible business results, including Nicky earning $19,096 within a week. Before that total, Nicky had already posted publicly that she was drawing a line in the sand, no longer willing to undercharge or operate from a place of enabling. We emphasizes that the shift happened quickly: Nicky made about $3,000 first, then $6,000 by that night, and then the total jumped to around $20,000 the next day, demonstrating the momentum that followed the internal change.
00:20:06 – 00:32:43 | Money patterns and inherited beliefs
The conversation turns to family money stories, where Nicky identifies a formative message from her father: her brother was portrayed as someone who held onto money, while Nicky was framed as generous, giving, and self-sacrificing.Nicky connects this to a deeper unconscious belief that being “good” meant giving her services away cheaply and giving away money, which made having money feel uncomfortable or even morally questionable.Kirsty points out that Nicky’s instinct is to give money away, and that this is less about logic and more about an ingrained identity pattern that has to be rewritten.
00:32:43 – 00:42:31 | Bali, healing, and next phase of growth
Nicky explains that her current trip to Bali is about going deep into healing and allowing her body and heart to catch up with the conscious changes she has already made. Her planned practices include a massage, sound/light healing, a cellular regeneration session, and a death meditation, which she says she needs in order to grieve the version of herself that was always trying to be loved and approved of.
00:42:31 – 00:46:40 | Future goals and closing reflections
Nicky states that her vision for the end of the year is to be a millionaire, to be on stage speaking to thousands of people, and to have around 100 people in her container. The episode closes with mutual appreciation: Kirsty praises Nicky’s authenticity and coaching ability, and Nicky says the container with Kirsty and Beau has been game changing because she feels loved even when she is “naughty” or messy.
