I came out of the surgical room and the doctor said, "You don't have a polyp anymore." Two weeks before that, an ultrasound showed it was still there. Bigger, actually.
In this deeply personal solo episode, I take you through the whole story. Finding the polyp in 2024, right after my dad passed away. A full year of trying to heal it naturally, tinctures, herbs from Peru, total dedication. A memory from when I was sixteen that reshaped how I understood my own body. Months of forgiveness work around men, betrayal, and my father. And the moment I finally let go and trusted medicine, only to find there was nothing left to remove.
