About Spiritual Medicine

Welcome to the Spiritual Medicine Podcast. In my journey since my spiritual awakening I have explored many avenues of spirituality and in healing. When I awoke, I went on a quest to find physical, emotional and mental healing, as well as spiritual. Having been raised Roman Catholic and having turned from my faith at an early age and rediscovering a new way of being spiritual, it was and has been an exploration of what is true for me. During this exploration I learned how the Earth has provided many many ways that help us heal with the light of God. My path was a necessary way of healing so that I could finally come back to the light of God but also work within the Earth and other energies that would bring me into my wholeness. Along the path I learned terms such as Empath, ADD/ADHD, depression, trauma, the wounded patriarch, labels that I explore within the context of this podcast. But I also talk about Guides, Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, Jesus, Saints and Masters. I explore and talk about the spiritual help that I have received and continue to receive along the way all in a quest to be empowered and being of service. Please take what works for you and leave the rest behind and I pray in faith that this serves you.

   The Language of the Body

Send us a text Good Afternoon: Today's discussion is the healing of the body and the impact of what our trauma does to our bodies when we are not moving through energy, emotion and mental thought processes that contribute to stuck emotions in the body. The reason Equine Therapy has become so popular is because we are opening up to balancing all aspects of ourselves and horses have the capacity to mirror back to us what we are perhaps too busy, or stuck hearing within ourselves.
