How often do we mistake a temporary inner state for our absolute truth? Our personality creates stories, urgency, and the feeling that we must act immediately, sometimes even out of a genuine insight. Not every impulse is inner guidance, not every realisation calls for action. This episode invites you to recognize your inner states, step out of unnessesary drama, and discover the profound freedom of not knowing. True guidance doesn't arise from urgency, anxiety, stress or self abandonment. It arises from presence and direkte perception.

#111 When divine lights meet the body...
We are allowed to be gentle with our bodies in these "stormy" times full of change and expansion. If there is already a lot of movement within, we can guide the body, into more stillness, more grounding, more stability, more sleep and protect it from more stimulation to give it the optimum prerequisite to integrate. We can nurture it with everything it needs for this immense reorganization, which feels like an energetic surgery sometimes. Expansion is not pink and fluffy, it is going straight through the fire and rises from the ashes. Everything that no longer suits you, no longer serves you, is ready to leave your field and this isn't always easy, even if it is for our best. Lead your beautiful and magical body through the storm with a lot of love and benevolence, hold yourself, love yourself, warm yourself and receive the gift.

True creation begins not with the desire for change, it begins with a profound YES to what is here now. But how can we find peace with something we genuinely wish were different? Real acceptance, not the false "I am okay" one, begins when we stop fighting even our own resistance. It feels like a paradox, we allow the body to tell the truth and no longer need a different future to rescue us from what is present in the NOW.
