Welcome to the Spiritually Engineered Podcast, where everyday life meets the bigger spiritual picture. Through personal experiences, stories, reflections, and spiritual teachings, I share what I’m learning and integrating as I navigate relationships, everyday life, and my own spiritual path. Think of each episode as an exploration and reflection on the human experience, sometimes sharing what I’m discovering in real time, other times diving deeper into spiritual principles and perspectives I’ve learned along the way. We are all souls with physical bodies, and I believe Planet Earth is a giant school for our spiritual evolution. Life is one big adventure, so come along, stay curious, lighten up, and let’s see what we uncover together along the way.
Monthly Meditation: November 2026 | Masterful (S4, EP9)
Each month, I share an excerpt from the Wayshowers Philosophy, exploring the spiritual themes influencing our personal, social, and business lives. Written in the first person, the meditation invites you to tune inward and discover what resonates. I then share my experiences, interpretations, and impressions to support your own reflection and discovery. As always, take what resonates and make the experience your own.
If you'd like to explore the complete Wayshowers Philosophy each month, it's included with a Wayshowers College membership. Explore the membership options here: https://zurl.to/Bed6

Something to Sit With
Our weaknesses reveal where we work against ourselves. By seeing them as opportunities for growth, we can transform friction into flow that feels smooth. That's part of being masterful.
Reflection Questions
Where in your life do you already experience a sense of mastery or natural flow?
What is one area where you could work more with yourself rather than against yourself?
When you see yourself as a master in training, what thoughts or feelings come up?

Leading a Bike Party
Episode Summary: “Leading a Bike Party” (S4, EP8)
What does it take to lead a bike party with 500 to 600 cyclists through the streets of Washington, DC?
In this episode, I share my experience planning and leading a Halloween themed community bike ride, from navigating feedback and pre-ride nerves to coordinating with volunteers and making decisions in the moment. What started as an opportunity to serve my community became a meaningful experience in leadership, confidence, and trusting myself.
I reflect on what it means to be my own leader first, how challenges help us grow, and why acknowledging our accomplishments matters. It's also a reminder of how much we're capable of when we give ourselves a chance, lean into the support around us, and recognize the value of what we have to offer.
Something to Sit With
Confidence is like a muscle. It grows through practice, experience, and giving ourselves permission to make mistakes along the way.
Reflection Questions
In what ways have you demonstrated leadership in your own life, even in the little things?
Where might you be underestimating your capabilities or allowing concern over things outside your control to hold you back?
What's an accomplishment, big or small, that you can take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate?

Designing Light
Episode Summary: “Designing Light” (S4, EP7)
After returning from a weekend spiritual retreat centered on the theme of Designing Light, I found myself reflecting on what it means to reclaim my personal power and become more intentional about how I move through life.
In this episode, I share some of the insights and personal realizations I brought home with me, from recognizing where I invest my energy and attention to finding direction through my goals, working with my spiritual team, and embracing creativity as a way of navigating life's challenges.
Along the way, I reflect on my own tendencies to overthink, put pressure on myself, and underestimate what I'm capable of. It's been a reminder that growth can happen through simple choices, at our own pace, while allowing more room for joy, fulfillment, and the childlike spirit within us.
Something to Sit With
Your attention is precious. Where you choose to invest your energy is part of how you design your life.
Reflection Questions
Where am I investing my energy and attention, and how is that affecting my life?
What is one simple change I can make that would bring me closer to greater fulfillment?
How can I use my creativity to turn something I'm currently struggling with into an opportunity for growth?
