We’ll talk through it all live while watching the third period of the Caps vs. Islanders — the very team Washington is chasing in the playoff race.Hour 2 features our wrestling crew with a full Royal Rumble recap, and we’ll close out the night with a Super Bowl preview, while also looking back at some of our favorite moments from the first 400 episodes of the show.

The reality is we stopped making an audio podcast a year ago and with season 10 we have been doing video podcasts. Before we get into this weeks show I wanted to talk to you all about a few quick things. I wanted to create this video to tell you about how to find the missing episodes and shows going forward.
