And a comment that I made at my retirement announcement is that regardless of who the next superintendent is that's going to come into the Rittner School District, if we have a solid leadership team made up of building and district leaders, if we have a coherent vision in alignment with the Board of Education, that regardless of who the next superintendent is, the work that we've established over the course of the last 15 years, it's going to continue. The focus on creating trauma-informed spaces for children.
