Your nervous system is constantly looking for threats. And when you're looking for something, you find what you're looking for. So it is constantly creating a threatening environment because it's trying to keep you alive. and this gets into a little bit of an ego and consciousness conversation. However, through the amygdala is where we identify that stress response and, and through your five senses, your brain is constantly evaluating the world around it and identifying if you're safe or if you're being threatened.
