Mediensucht. Ein Problem, dass nicht länger unterschätzt werden darf. Mehr als 25% aller Jugendlichen in Deutschland sind davon betroffen. Laut einer kürzlich erschienen DAK-Studie gibt es bei mehr als einem Viertel aller 10- bis 17-jährigen eine riskante oder pathologische Nutzung sozialer Medien. Ein Thema, über das man sprechen muss. Deshalb spreche ich in dieser Folge mit Nadine Höckelmann. Sie ist Sozialarbeiterin und Sozialtherapeutin bei der Caritas Dortmund und ist Expertin zum Thema „Medienabhängigkeit“.
