[…] So if you can give one piece of advice to civilians out there on what not to do when it comes to police interactions, what would it be? Don't try and fight the case on the side of the road. It is much easier. to fight it in court than it is on the side of the road. Because on the side of the road, your chances of winning are way lower. Your chances of winning in court, you know, depending on the situation, but if you truly feel like you're in the right, then go ahead, get your attorney. You know, one will be provided to you at no cost if you can't afford one, but plea your case to the attorney, let your attorney handle it through the proper channels and your chances of a positive outcome for you go way up.
