[…] That decade sort of bears the weight of that. The 20s, for me, felt like the time of really letting go of childhood dreams or seeing them slip away. And it's sort of when... hard adult things start to happen to someone. And for me, it was also when motherhood entered in, though that's not always true for everybody, it's sometimes true. The 30s for me, and for many people who I've, close friends who I've talked to about their own high points and low points of life, is a time of a lot of disillusionment, just a lot of letting go or sort of kind of crashing into all of the ways in which life is not working out the way we thought it was going to.
