Barbara Cox Lovesy is a nutritionist, author and naturopath who has travelled the world to learn about different ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She joins the team to chat about her upbringing in Canada, where she was an ice skating champion, and her subsequent adventures across the globe. A decade spent in Japan has shaped many of the lessons she teaches today and she treats the team to a matcha tea ceremony and shares stories of her time in the 'Land of the Rising Sun'. Spurred on by his son's disability, Daniel is passionate about ensuring disabled people are able to see a way forward for themselves in the working world.
