#19 – Ctrl + Change: Frauen in der Informatik
<p>Dieser Podcast räumt mit typischen Klischees rund um die Informatik auf und zeigt ein reales, vielfältiges Bild des Berufs. Vjosa, Vivienne und Suela erzählen von ihrem Weg in die IT, ihren anfänglichen Zweifeln und den Erfahrungen im Alltag. Dabei wird deutlich, dass Informatik weit mehr ist als das stereotype Bild vom allein arbeitenden „Coder“, sondern Teamarbeit, Kreativität und persönliche Entwicklung beinhaltet.</p><p>Im Gespräch geht es um Berufswahl, Vorurteile, Herausforderungen und positive Überraschungen. Die drei reflektieren ihre Entwicklung, teilen persönliche Einblicke und zeigen, welche Chancen und Stärken Frauen in diesem Beruf einbringen können. Der Podcast richtet sich insbesondere an junge Frauen, die sich für Informatik interessieren, aber noch unsicher sind, und ermutigt sie, ihren eigenen Weg in der IT zu gehen.</p>

<p>In der heutigen Episode sprechen wir das Thema IPA, das gleichzeitig technisch spannend und extrem praxisnah ist. Wir tauchen ein in die Abschlussarbeit von Loris im vierten Lehrjahr, der für seine IPA einen Intune‑Proof‑of‑Concept für einen Kunden umgesetzt hat. Wir schauen gemeinsam hinter die Kulissen: Was war die Ausgangslage? Wie lief der technische Aufbau? Wie viel Kaffee wurde konsumiert?</p><p>Dazu gibt’s persönliche Einblicke, Herausforderungen und Tipps für zukünftige die ihre IPA schreiben.</p><p>Es lohnt sich reinzuhören.</p>
