How Plant Medicine Helped Me Navigate the Illness and Death of My Stepmother
In this deeply personal episode, I share the vulnerable journey of how I was able to navigate the illness & death of my Stepmother Kirsty through the powerful healings and teachings of plant medicine. At two very different moments in this journey, Ayahuasca and Huachuma ceremonies helped me move through grief, anger, compassion, and ultimately into a deeper respect for each person’s sovereignty in their healing and dying process. From Ceremony to Integration: Cannabis Oil, Master Plants & the Path of Awakening
