How often do you give one tiny interaction the power to ruin your entire day?
In this episode of Through Scarlett’s Eyes, we talk about why we let other people’s moods, opinions and behaviour affect us long after the moment has passed, and how to stop giving them that power.
But it’s not just about the negative. We can become just as dependent on other people’s attention, approval and validation. I’m exploring what it means to become more independent of other people’s reactions - letting them add to our happiness without being responsible for it.

Two Friends, Two Perspectives
In this episode of Through Scarlett’s Eyes, I’m joined by my uni friend for a relaxed conversation where we put our opinions (and each other) to the test.
Through two segments, “What Would You Do If…?” and “Who’s More Likely To?”, we tackle a mix of hypothetical situations and questions that reveal how differently (or similarly) we see things.
Along the way, we challenge each other’s assumptions, get to know each other a little better and share our honest reactions - while hopefully giving you a few things to think about (and maybe disagree with us on!).
Two friends, two perspectives, and plenty of questions.

The 7 Habits That Keep Me Happy, Healthy & Productive
In today's episode, I share with you a simple list I created to help me feel more motivated, improve my mood, and take better care of my overall health and wellbeing.
This list came after several months of spending far too much time bed rotting and doomscrolling. I reached a point where I realised I wanted more for myself. I didn't need a complete life overhaul or an unrealistic routine, I just needed a few small, achievable habits that I could stick to every day.
So I created Scarlett's Daily Habits for Success: 7 simple tasks that are easy to complete and don't feel overwhelming. The goal isn't perfection; it's consistency. By focusing on small wins each day, I've found it much easier to build momentum and feel more positive, productive, and in control.
If you've been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or like you're struggling to get back into a routine, I hope this episode gives you some ideas you can adapt to your own life.
