Inside the Mind: Exploring 3D Human Therapy with Dr. Veronique Elefant-Yanni

In this powerful conversation, Char Holmes sits down with Dr. Veronique Elefant-Yanni — a clinical psychologist and creator of the 3D Human Therapy model — to explore what it really means to understand your inner world. From anger and emotional survival to confidence and weight loss, Dr. Elefant-Yanni shares how true healing starts from within. Together, they dive into how prenatal experiences shape emotional development, why labels in psychology can limit personal growth, and how mindfulness tools like breathing and meditation create lasting change. Dr. Elefant-Yanni also unpacks the impact of media on our mental health, the importance of psychological independence, and why altruism is rooted in shared happiness rather than material gifts. 💡 Key Takeaways: The 3D Human Therapy model helps decode the mind through tension, activation, and valence. Anger isn’t the enemy — it’s a survival response that needs understanding. Weight loss alone doesn’t build confidence; self-awareness does. Online therapy is just as effective as in-person support. Spirituality and science can coexist in true psychological healing. ✨ Tune in for an eye-opening discussion that blends science, spirituality, and self-awareness — reminding us that healing starts with knowing ourselves first.
