[…] You know, most bipolar individuals start manifesting symptoms in their early 20s, and it on average is at least a decade till an accurate diagnosis. So my story in that sense is not unique. Right. And it, it happens for like a couple of reasons, you know, people in their early twenties, it can be written off as like, Oh, she's just going through a phase or, you know, adolescent invincibility, or she's just being a bit rebellious. She'll grow out of it. Right. And that was definitely the case for me. And, um, So, yeah, it's it's interesting. One of the things that was important to me to show in the book was this very like insidious nature of bipolar and the progression of bipolar, because I think to your point, there are some books out there, there are some resources out there, but they. in my opinion, they typically show the two polarities, right?
