Trauma dumping….. Is you cool!?
Whew being healed is messy, I was talking with a friend the other day and we were discussing how being unhealed and playing victim is so much easier than doing the work and healing yourself. Also, is it a bad thing if you cannot be there for your friend if they are trauma dumping on you and you are going through something should they warn you before they trauma up?
