Penelitian Disertasi Isti Anindya X Peduli ASD
Terimakasih kami ucapkan untuk antusias para orangtua anak autistik hebat yang sudah berkenan bergabung menjadi calon responden di Peduli ASD Research Center. Berikut adalah penelitian bersama Ibu Isti Anindya, dengan judul penelitian : "Profil Sitokin dan Single-Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) rs1143634 IL-6 dan rs1800796 IL-1β pada Anak ASD Seropositif CMV (Cytomegalovirus) serta Kaitannya dengan Kondisi Autistik" yang insyaAllah akan diadakan kisaran bulan Mei-Juli 2023. Adapun kriteria responden yang kami cari : (1) Anak Autistik usia 2-10 tahun (2) Domisili Jabodetabek (3) Tidak melakukan diet tanpa indikasi medis (4) Tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit imun Pengambilan sampel darah 10 cc insyaAllah akan dilaksanakan di salah satu Klinik di area Jakarta Pusat (untuk nama Klinik menyusul) dengan mempertimbangkan minim risiko trauma fisik paska suntik dan mementingkan kenyamanan anak-anak bapak/ibu sekalian. Jika bapak/ibu berkenan bergabung dalam penelitian ini, silahkan isi form berikut dan setelah itu bergabung bersama kami di WhatsApp Group. Kami mencari 80 Anak ASD dan 80 Anak Tipikal (Non-ASD) yang merupakan saudara Anak Autistik). Misal : Saya memiliki Anak Autistik bernama Ayya dan adiknya Noona (4 tahun) tipikal, maka saya mendaftarkan kedua anak saya ikut untuk melakukan skrining profil imun dalam penelitian ini.
