Nelma and Telma are 2 young ladies in their 20s who met at university and have been inseparable since! Despite their similar names they are not related. Nelma is of African descent and Telma is from Madeira.
They talk for hours about random topics, which is how the idea for a podcast came about. They hope to inspire you by sharing their thoughts and experiences, while bringing you along their journey through adulthood.
