Most times adults avoid discussing the challenge of changing their identity as the age in their 20s, especially if they’ve experienced several childhood trauma and trials and tribulations as age. It is imperative for young adults to understand that their thoughts, behavioral patterns, and mental/physical state were based on circumstances and situation out of their wheel of power. In this season, I’ll discuss what I have done to recognize this, free resources to began the process of understanding the inner you, and life experiences that woke me up to engage in the change I was to see. Stop Escaping
Storytelling is the thread that weaves humanity together. I wore a mask for years, pushing forward until it finally broke. I stepped away to heal, to reflect, and now I’m here—ready to share my journey. I believe we’ve all been caught in life’s hamster wheel at some point. But it’s time to step off. To pause. To realign. To reclaim our power. As I move forward, I hope my voice and my light inspire you to do the same.
