All Talked Out is the podcast for the woman who is rebuilding, redefining, and finally saying the real thing.
Hosted by Tess Trainor, this is where sales, self-leadership, belief work, business, purpose, identity, and feminine ambition meet honest, unfiltered conversation.
Honest. Reflective. A little unhinged.
Because maybe we’re not all talked out.
Maybe we’re finally ready to say what we actually mean.
What Are You Driven By??
Have you actually stopped to ask yourself what you're driven by? Not what you think you should want, not what everyone else is chasing — the real thing underneath it.
In this episode, Tess unpacks the difference between moving toward desire and moving away from pain, why most goals fall apart the second they're built on someone else's definition of success, and how she doubled her own income goal in July without it ever being about the number. She walks through the "why, why, why" exercise that gets you past the surface-level goal to the actual driver underneath it, talks through a conversation from a recent property event about what "financial freedom" really means to different people, and gets honest about fear, resistance, and why authentic desire flows so differently than performing for approval.
This one's a call to stop sitting on the surface of your own goals and actually get honest about what's fueling you.
In this episode:
Why we move away from pain faster than we move toward desire — and what that means for your goals
The difference between external goals (performing) and internal ones (alignment)
The "why" exercise to find your real driver behind any goal
What financial freedom and "retirement" actually mean once you get specific
Why friction shows up when you're chasing something that isn't really yours
How to define what you want, why you want it, and who you become getting there

Doubling my commission goal (+ Q&A about remote closing) ✨
Holy helllllll I set out wanting to hit my first $20k month for July and ended on $43k... lets unpack together + some Q&A answers from my IG question box 🙌🏼

The Upper Limit (I'm going for $30k commissions in July 👀)
It's the 17th of July and I'm sharing this one in real time: I'm going for a $30K month this month. And honestly? It's scary. Today I've been feeling the stretch of my upper limit, so instead of hiding from it, I'm talking you through it.
In this episode I take you back through my whole remote sales journey. This time last year I thought sales was disgusting and swore I'd never do a sales call in my business (which is probably exactly why I wasn't making much money 😅). Then I found Brooke, financed my training with no money in my bank account, got my first closing offer before I was even certified, and went from $3K in my first month to $77K in seven months. And now Brody gets to quit FIFO because of it 🥹
But this episode isn't really about the numbers. It's about what happens when you set a goal that scares you, and the gap between who you're currently being and who you need to become to receive it.
We cover:
✨ My journey from "sales is gross" to full time closer for She Sells with Brooke
✨ The strategic (and intuitive) moves that landed me my first closing role
✨ Why I started living as the 20K month version of me BEFORE the money landed
✨ Goals are not linear: why one quiet day means nothing
✨ How scarcity mindset changes the energy you bring to every call
✨ Hitting your upper limit and expanding through it instead of shrinking back
If your goals don't scare you a little bit, you're not playing big enough. Go figure out who your "her" is, and start becoming her 🤍
