About Tangents of Creation

Welcome to Bind on Pickup (formerly Tangents of Creation)-a podcast about love, chaos, and CO-op. Hosted by Jamie Kaos and Anie Lace, this show follows our journey through the worlds we play together-whether it's Ashes of Creation, World of Warcraft, Conan Exiles, Path of Exile 2, or whatever multiplayer madness we get ourselves into. From deep dives into game mechanics to off-the-rails stories and relationship dynamics in MMOS, we're here to laugh, speculate, explore, and occasionally lose our minds- together.

From Ashes Burnout to Legion Remix Bliss

In this episode of Bind on Pickup, Jamie Kaos and Anie Lace get real about MMO burnout, the chaos of alpha testing Ashes of Creation, and how World of Warcraft: Legion Remix unexpectedly reignited their passion for gaming. They talk about what it’s like to manage massive guilds, why smaller communities matter, and how WoW’s current design philosophy — from The War Within to Legion Remix — is giving players something Ashes still hasn’t: fun without the grind-induced guilt. From nostalgic Warcraft memories to their first-ever family dungeon run with their kids, this episode is equal parts laughter, venting, and rediscovery. 💬 Topics Include: Why Legion Remix might be WoW’s best event ever How Ashes of Creation lost its way The stress of guild leadership and zerg culture Finding balance as gamers, parents, and creators Nostalgia for Warcraft 2 & 3 Family chaos in their first dungeon run together Why it’s time to focus on fun over frustration 🎙️ Hosts: Jamie Kaos & Anie Lace 📺 Watch Live: https://www.twitch.tv/jamiekaos (https://www.twitch.tv/jamiekaos) 💬 Join the Community: https://dsc.gg/kaosandlace (https://dsc.gg/kaosandlace) ☕ Support the Show: https://www.patreon.com/JamieKaos (https://www.patreon.com/JamieKaos) ⚡ Sponsored by Rogue Energy — Use Code KAOS for 20% Off: https://rogueenergy.com/hHZ5RlVoXOB0z8 (https://rogueenergy.com/hHZ5RlVoXOB0z8)
