Which Spiritual Practices Drain Women And Which Ones Actually Nourish Us

In this episode, I take a closer look at some popular spiritual practices such as living from the heart, icebaths, kundalini yoga/awakening practices, healing retreats, biohacking, and ascension and investigate if they nourish women or deplete us.

From a standpoint of nervous system regulation, energy cultivation and blood nourishment, many practices that are praised as healing can leave women (and men) exhausted, ungrounded and burned out.

I'm also covering what are the spiritual practices that nourish feminine energy, yin, and restoration.

I'm curious about your thoughts on this topic.
