Like, you know, you just need to stay in this this range. But for Icarus, you flew too high. You get singed. Mm hmm. but it was the opposite for them it was like i fly so low that my wings quote unquote get drenched and i it won't allow me to fly up but i don't allow myself to go above the water because i'm too scared and so it's then we started talking about like and thinking through like self-sabotage in general so that was that was the lead-in to the topic of Self-sabotage behaviors and kind of like this subconscious motivation for that.
