Auch das Kindergeld wird korrekt beantragt und ausgezahlt.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Nach der Rückkehr in die USA bleibt ein Detail unbeachtet: Die Abmeldung bei der Familienkasse. <p class="MsoNormal">Ein Provisionsmodell, das in vielen Unternehmen so oder ähnlich läuft: Provision gibt es, wenn der Kunde bestellt. Abgerechnet wird gesammelt am Quartalsende. Klingt logisch. Wird aber teuer, wenn Krankheit oder Urlaub ins Spiel kommen.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">In dieser Folge von <strong>Tax & Law Talent Talk</strong> sprechen <strong>Nancy Adam</strong> und <strong>Fabian Kuhnt</strong> über einen Praxisfall, der nach einer Betriebsprüfung mit einer Nachforderung von über 1 Million Euro endete.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Der Hintergrund: Während der Entgeltfortzahlung müssen Mitarbeitende so gestellt werden, als hätten sie gearbeitet. Dazu gehören auch variable Vergütungsbestandteile wie Provisionen.
