Martial arts is an expression of life. It doesn't bring violence, it brings peace. It is not mindless, but mindful. It shouldn't put strain in our lives, but rather bring flow.
I will express who I am outside being an MMA Coach, the brother, the business, Professional wrestling fan and human.
There are many things I don't know but that's why I'm here to figure it out.

Bray Wyatt and the Psychology of the Mask | Tazz Knows We All Wear Masks
Why did Bray Wyatt connect with so many people on such a deeply personal level?
On this episode of Tazz Knows, Tazz and NayNay explore the psychology behind Bray Wyatt's unforgettable characters and the impact his work had on Tazz personally.
From The Wyatt Family to the Firefly Fun House and The Fiend, Bray's storytelling explored fear, identity, darkness, belonging, transformation, and the different versions of ourselves we show the world.
We connect those ideas to MMA and the identities fighters create to walk toward fear, as well as the mental-health side of what can happen when the armor we build to protect ourselves becomes difficult to take off.
This isn't an attempt to diagnose Windham Rotunda or claim to know what was happening inside his mind. It's a conversation about the themes expressed through his art, what they meant to us, and why they continue to resonate.
Because we all wear masks.
Sometimes they're the fighter.
Sometimes they're the tough one.
Sometimes they're the funny one.
Sometimes they're the person who's always “okay.”
But there's still a human being underneath.
You are more than the character you had to become to survive.
Thank you, Bray.

Tazz Knows You Are Not Alone | Battling in Silence, Asking for Help and Finding Your Corner
Sometimes, we convince ourselves that we have to fight everything alone.
In this episode of Tazz Knows, Tazz and Naynay talk about what it means to struggle behind the scenes, why asking for help doesn't make you weak, and how important it is to have people in your corner.
Tazz shares his perspective as an MMA coach who has spent years standing in someone else's corner, helping fighters through some of their hardest moments. But being the person in someone else's corner doesn't mean you never need someone in yours. Tazz opens up about his own battles, the people he relies on, and why continuing forward doesn't have to mean carrying everything by yourself.
Naynay also gets vulnerable and shares part of her personal story. When she was younger and first began training in MMA over 10 years ago, she found herself in a narcissistic relationship that contributed to a very difficult period of depression. Over the years, she worked through those experiences, continued growing, and learned that strength isn't always about handling everything on your own.
Sometimes strength looks like saying, "I need help."
You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to pretend you're okay when you're not. And you don't have to fight every battle alone.
If you or someone you know is struggling, start the conversation. Talk to someone you trust, a mental health professional, or someone who can simply listen.
You Are More. You Are Not Alone.

Tazz Knows You Are More ft Josh (Pro Wrestling and Mental Health)
What happens when mental health and professional wrestling collide? This week on Tazz Knows, NayNay and I sit down with Josh, a mental health therapist who has officially joined the You Are More family.
We talk about the connection between wrestling and mental health, the pressure to be strong, the identities we build around what we do, and the importance of having real conversations about the things we often keep hidden.
Professional wrestling can be an escape, a passion, a career—and sometimes a reflection of what we're going through in real life.
This isn't about pretending everything is okay. It's about understanding ourselves, supporting each other, and remembering that you are more than your struggles, your career, your wins, your losses, or the version of yourself you think the world expects you to be.
Join us for a raw conversation about mental health, pro wrestling, life, identity, and what it truly means to know that YOU ARE MORE.
