It was established under the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority Act, No.12 of 2003, which merged the Tanzania Communications Commission (TCC) and the Tanzania Broadcasting Commission (TBC).<br><br>Mamlaka ya Mawasiliano Tanzania (TCRA) ni taasisi iliyoasisiwa kwa mujibu wa sheria yenye wajibu wa kudhibiti sekta ya mawasiliano ya Kielektroni na Posta Tanzania. Ilianzishwa kwa Sheria ya Mamlaka ya Mawasiliano Tanzania (TCRA) namba 12 ya mwaka 2003, ambayo iliunganisha zilizokuwa Tume ya Mawasiliano Tanzania (TCC) na Tume ya Utangazaji Tanzania (TBC).</p><p><br><br></p>
