İhracat Sözleşmeleri ve Uyuşmazlıkların Tahkim Yoluyla Çözülmesi
<p>30.01.2025 tarihinde Avukat Baran Arıkan ve Prof. Dr. Zafer Kahraman ile "İhracat Sözleşmeleri ve Uyuşmazlıkların Tahkim Yoluyla Çözülmesi" konusunu işledik.<br>Seminerde, ihracatçıların yabancı iş ortakları ile yaptıkları sözleşmelerde dikkat etmesi gereken güncel detaylar incelendi. İhracat sözleşmelerinin uygulamada en çok rastlanan tipleri ele alındı; münhasırlık, minimum sipariş tutarı, sözleşmenin yabancı hukuka tabi olması gibi, uygulamada karşımıza en sık çıkan ve Avrupalı müşterilerin sözleşmelere eklemek istediği çeşitli mekanizmalar incelendi; bu düzenlemelerin ihracatçıyı ve müşteriyi koruyan versiyonları tartışıldı. Ayrıca, uyuşmazlıkların tahkim yolu ile çözümü ele alınarak tahkim yargısının temel özellikleri, avantajları, Türkiye’de ve uluslararası camiada uygulaması örneklerle açıklandı.</p> <p>Keyifli dinlemeler!</p>
