<p>die situation wommer jetzt hend isch noed normal, darum isch es au völlig in ordnig wenns eim mal noed so gaht wiemers erwartet oder wenn oeppis noed so ussechunnt wiemers plant het. es ish jetzt no wichtiger, dassmer sich selber und sim umfeld fest sorg hebt und alli wichtige soziale kontäkt möglichst guet pflegt. </p> <p>mental health is important!!!</p> <p>zeig dine liebste eimal meh, dass sie dir wichtig sind und dass sie noed ellei sind! <3</p> <p><br></p>

<p>Ih de hüttige Gsellschaft isch Stress und Druck absolut keis Fremdwort meh. Noedmal für jungi Lüt wo frisch id Lehr chömmed. Ich verzell chli vo mine eigene Erfahrige wie ich mit Druck und Stress umgang und dass mer selber sött lieb zu sich sii. Es isch okay, wenn mal oeppis noed so lauft wiemers sich vorgno het und es isch au okay wemmer Fehler macht. Es chunnt nur drufah wiemer demit umgaht :) keep your head up!</p>
