How to Move Without Certainty: Self-Trust, Fear & Making the Fucking Move
100% certainty only comes from hindsight.
So if you’re waiting until you KNOW the business will work, the relationship is right, the move will pay off, you’re ready to be seen, or you’re definitely not going to fail before you make a decision… you could be waiting forever.
In this episode of Everyday Healing, I’m talking about what it actually looks like to make a decision without 100% certainty, trust yourself in the unknown, and recognize when an old subconscious belief is quietly trying to create proof that you can’t do the thing you’ve already decided you want.
I’m also taking you behind the scenes of one of my own current edge pushes: speaking on stage at Nice Girl Funeral Live in Toronto for the first time, with my 4-month-old baby coming along for the ride.
We’re getting into self-trust, fear of failure, subconscious beliefs, self-sabotage, your inner critic, and how your body can show you what’s actually happening underneath all the noise in your head.
Because doubt doesn’t automatically mean you’re making the wrong decision. Fear doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. And you don’t need to know exactly how something is going to turn out before you decide it’s worth finding out.
I’m also sharing the beginning of Take the Fucking Stage, my real-time audio experience where I’m bringing you into the messy middle of preparing for this event instead of waiting until I’m safely on the other side with a polished story about how it all worked out.
If there’s something you keep talking yourself out of because you don’t feel ready, certain, qualified, or guaranteed to succeed, this episode is for you.

You Won't Find The Answer Out There - How To Stop Searching
How much of your life is built on what you actually want?
And how much of it is built on what you've been told to want?
In this episode, I'm talking about something I see all the time: women who desperately want clarity, confidence, and self-trust, but spend most of their time searching for answers everywhere except within themselves.
We live in a world that constantly tells us what to think, what to buy, what to believe, and what should make us happy. It's no wonder so many women tell me they don't know who they are anymore.
But the answer usually isn't another book, podcast, course, or opinion.
Sometimes the most powerful healing work is giving yourself enough space to hear your own voice again.
Inside this episode, we're talking about:
Why so many women feel disconnected from themselves
The difference between information and inner knowing
Why healing isn't something you do, it's part of how you live
How stillness helps you build self-trust and reconnect with your intuition
The simple practice that can help you hear yourself more clearly
If you've been looking everywhere for answers and still feel stuck, this conversation is your reminder that you already carry more wisdom than you've been giving yourself credit for.

I Thought I Already Healed This - Why The Same Lessons Keep Repeating
One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is believing that once you understand something, you'll never encounter it again.
You heal your people pleasing, and then someone crosses a boundary.
You work through trust issues, and then someone gives you a reason to question their intentions.
You rebuild your self-worth, and then life hands you another opportunity to choose yourself.
The lessons repeating are not proof you failed.
They're an opportunity to witness who you've become.
The question isn't whether similar situations will show up again.
The question is whether you move through them the same way you did before.
Do you spiral for months?
Do you make it your identity?
Do you spend years proving your side of the story?
Or do you recognize what's being activated, take the lesson, adjust, and keep moving?
Because babe, that is progress.
It isn't about:
perfection.
never being triggered.
or becoming some enlightened version of yourself who never gets affected by anything.
Progress is looking at a situation that would have completely consumed you 5 years ago and realizing you handled it differently this time.
That's freaking growth.
That's embodiment.
And that's often the evidence that gets overlooked because you're too busy focusing on the fact that the lesson showed up at all.
If you keep finding yourself frustrated because old themes still surface in your life, Release + Expand (https://www.rebeccaroitz.com/#_okysr0szv) is where we uncover what's underneath them, release what's no longer serving you, and build the capacity to move through life differently when they do.
So much love xx.
