Audio recordings of live Dharma Talks and Meditations offered in Virtual Reality for the Together with TRIPP community, and the Two Hands Sangha by Rev. George Beecher.
"Let Go And Don't Know" is a Dharma talk offered at Two Hands Sangha on what the Buddha taught about uncertainty, wise attention, and knowing which questions are worth pursuing. Drawing on several suttas, we discover that wisdom isn't about having all the answers. Sometimes it's about recognizing what we don't know, resisting the urge to make something up, and learning to be comfortable with uncertainty. I hope you find it useful in some way. Enjoy!

Are You Dying To Know About Rebirth
"Are You Dying To Know About Rebirth" is a Dharma talk and brief guided meditation in which I share all that I don't know about rebirth, reincarnation, and rebirth linking. The truth is nobody knows a did they do they can't prove it.So in this talk we try to talk about the ideas that various traditions have, and why it really doesn't matter. One of the most beautiful things about the practice is that if we follow the teachings, this life will be great. And if there is anything else, we will have prepared well for it. Mostly, we need to be comfortable with not knowing. I hope it is helpful and not too horribly wrong...because truthfully I don't worry a lot about it. Enjoy!

Tilting Toward Happiness
"Tilting Toward Happiness" is a Dharma talk offered at Two Hands Sangha on a concept in gaming called being “tilted.” Something goes wrong, frustration takes over, and suddenly we’re so focused on the outcome we want that we start behaving in ways that make it even harder to get there. Turns out, we do this all the time outside of games too.
In traffic. In relationships. At work. With our health. Even in our meditation practice.
In this Dharma talk, we look at a piece of gaming advice that sounds surprisingly Buddhist: “Tilt is just being overly attached to the outcome.” The Buddha taught that whatever we frequently think about and dwell upon becomes the inclination of our mind. Which makes the pertinent question: "Which direction are we training ourselves to tilt?"
I hope you find this talk useful. Enjoy!
