[…] And we didn't want, you know, Everyone to feel like, well, I just don't have time for advocacy, right? I'm too busy teaching or I'm too busy leading or whatever it is you're doing. And so we started thinking about if you think of advocacy as woven into the fabric of everything that you do, it isn't extra anymore. Right. It is something that you are living every day. And so when we were thinking about those areas of critical advocacy that Rebecca just mentioned, those are things pedagogical advocacy, local policymaking, disrupting deficit ideologies, building community. These are things that educators in schools are already doing. […]
