<p>In this episode Louisa and Zander sit down with Co-Founder of MetaProp Zach Aarons to talk about protein bars, The Strokes and all things MetaProp.</p> <p>Zach is an award-winning PropTech investor, best-selling author, professor, and speaker who has been a pioneering thought leader at the forefront of real estate technology for over a decade.</p> <p>In 2010, while serving as a Project Manager at internationally renowned mixed-use real estate developer Millennium Partners, Zach began investing in early-stage PropTech companies, quickly becoming one of the most active angel investors in the sector with more than 50 portfolio companies. In 2015, he combined his experience across real estate and technology to found MetaProp, dedicating his career to using technology to make real estate more affordable, accessible, sustainable and resilient. Since then, Zach and MetaProp have invested in more than 175 PropTech companies.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>Prior to founding MetaProp, Zach was a Senior Associate at ENIAC Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in NYC and San Fransisco. He also founded the online/offline tourism company Travelgoat and began his career as an Analyst at Solomon Partners, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>Zach serves on the Technology Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York and previously served on the Urban Land Institute's Technology and Real Estate Council.
