[…] I'm independent. I'll never sell out. We're like kind of the opposite of the big research companies. And Our specialty has become the luxury buyer, doing studies in luxury, because we've kind of cracked the code on how to bring that consumer into the world of research. So they weren't going to go be in a focus group. So we've designed a way that feels safe to them, that's easy for them to fit into their lives, that they can... you know we work asynchronously and we have conversations one-on-one with people and then we also have what we call group chats which is essentially like a reddit type forum where we can throw out conversation threads they can throw out conversation threads they can comment anonymously or they can identify themselves and what's really exciting about that and we're doing more and more of that is is just watching how they interact with each other Because luxury buyers watch what other luxury buyers are doing.
