Martina Dvořáková z Férové domácnosti o tom, proč by muži měli mít dvouměsíční rodičovskou
<p>V dalším díle našeho podcastu Teď a tady jsme si povídali se zakladatelkou projektu <a href="https://ferovadomacnost.cz/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer">Férová domácnost</a>, Martinou Dvořákovou. Její iniciativa se zaměřuje na neplacené činnosti v domácnosti, které převážně vykonávají ženy. Martina s námi sdílela, jak pandemie zviditelnila nerovnosti mezi partnery, kdy ženy byly přetížené jak zaměstnáním, tak starostí o děti. Férová domácnost nabízí nástroje pro spravedlivější rozdělení každodenních povinností v rodinách i ve společnosti.
