Welcome to Tee Talks! We’re a group of friends who love to read the Bible together, pray, and worship the Lord. I think the reading of the Word will be a great blessing to all who hear it. We meet every Wednesday and Friday to read and enjoy the Word simply. We also pray, praise, and worship together. You’re welcome to join us!
Our passion is meeting the needs of orphans, widows, and young students around the world. We’re learning more about scripture and putting into practice what we’re passionate about by serving our sisters and brothers who need a helping hand.

🗣️ SABOTAGE SERIES~ 🗣️THE HUMANITY OF CHRIST & THE DISCIPLINE OF REST
Last week, we took a peek into John Mark! To get a view of the writer of the Gospel of Mark and to understand why our study of the disciplines of Silence, Solitude, and Rest rests in Mark.
Join us tonight, and let's continue our discussion of Mark and how the Lord uses him to paint a beautiful picture of the HUMANITY OF CHRIST for us to follow our lives after.
Mark is often known as the Gospel writer who is on the fast track, but this, too, has a purpose in the big picture: to help us see ourselves and how we, too, may be on the fast track of life but should not allow LIFE to become our idol.
If time allows tonight, we will begin to dismantle the altar of BUSYNESS by understanding the value of Rest and how Jesus shows us the importance of cultivating this discipline in our walk as well!
We will take a look at our big sisters, Mary & Martha!
Let's talk about it!!!!
See ya soon 😘

🎤🎵🗣️ SILENCE & SOLITUDE~ FOUNDATIONAL SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES OF OUR FAITH
Join Us Tonight at 5:30 pm 🎤🎵🗣️ SILENCE & SOLITUDE~ FOUNDATIONAL SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES OF OUR FAITH
LAST WEEK, WE EXPLORED BIBLICAL MATURITY
Let's talk more about this Discipline because it is truly important for us to grasp as we grow in Right Relationship with the Father.
Spiritual maturity is FOUNDATIONAL for our growth according to the Word of God. Spiritual Maturity begins the day we receive Christ as our Lord and Savior and begins the process of growing in the Lord to become spiritually mature.
It is how our fruit of the spirit develops and becomes ripe.
It is how our relationship with God and others improves.
It is how we grow in the areas of Discernment, Wisdom, Knowledge, & Understanding.
It is an ongoing process that will never end in this Life. So what does it look like? How do we tap into this level of grace & faith?
Cultivating the spiritual disciplines, of course! :-)
Let's talk about it!!!!
Tonight, we will discuss the Spiritual Disciplines of Solitude and Silence 🤫

🗣️ SILENCE & SOLITUDE~ THE GOSPEL OF MARK
Join Us Tonight at 5:30 pm 🎤🎵🗣️ SILENCE & SOLITUDE~ THE GOSPEL OF MARK
Wednesday, we began our study of three solid spiritual disciplines of Christ. SOLITTUDE, SILENCE, REST
All three work together, yet we are currently heavily vested in the Silence and solitude disciplines in our study because Christ demonstrated the value of these actions in our daily lives.
We often say we must pray, read, meditate on God's word, fast, serve, and grow in God, but we never really address what that means.
How would one achieve this? Well, any person who is growing in any capacity must first be disciplined. This means being trained, developed, and even tested sometimes, and our spiritual journey is no different.
If you want more Godly evidence in your life, embrace the discipline or disciplines that are coming your way. See challenges as Faith exercises, and use your faith muscle.
Join us tonight, and let's discover the impact of JOHN MARK, the author of Mark, and how his account not only gave us a view of Jesus' life here on earth in terms of his outward ministry to others but also in terms of his PREPARATION FOR TASK AT HAND. THE DISCIPLINES HE PRACTICED, AND HOW Mark's presentation of Christ, was a direct roadmap of how we are to respond in the same way.
Let's talk about it!!!!

SO THAT WE CAN FULLY TAP INTO THE COMMAND TO DETERMINE WHAT IS GOOD AND EVIL.
WE EVEN TALKED ABOUT, HOW DISCERNMENT INCREASES AS WE MATURE IN THE LORD.

WE EVEN TALKED ABOUT, HOW DISCERNMENT INCREASES AS WE MATURE IN THE LORD.
TONIGHT, LET'S CONTINUE THE DISCUSSION OF WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN, WHEN WE SAY SO OFTEN,
"GOD WILL ALWAYS MAKE A WAY" &
Isaiah 58:11 says, "The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your needs in parched places, and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters never fail".
THIS VERSE IS OFTEN QUOTED, WITH THE FAITH THAT when WE AS BELIEVERS follow a path guided by God, WE will receive the resources and support NEEDED!
SO LET'S CONNECT THE DOTS TONIGHT. AND LET'S INTRODUCE A NEW COMPONENT.

DID YOU KNOW TEACHABILITY AND UNTEACHABILITY ARE BEHAVIORS?
THEY POINT TO YOUR CHARACTER! IF YOU HAVE PLANTED THIS SEED IN YOUR LIFE, AT ANY POINT, HOW TO UPROOT IT?
HAVE YOU RESPONDED IN AN UNTEACHABLE WAY?
WHAT DOES THE WAISTBAND OF TRUTH HAVE TO DO WITH ALL OF THIS?
EVERYTHING!!!
WHAT DOES GOD HAVE TO SAY ABOUT US BEING UNTEACHABLE?
DID YOU KNOW THAT IF WE HAVE RESPONDED IN SOME KEY BEHAVIORS, HAVE TAPPED INTO AN AREA OF BEING UNTEACHABLE?
PERVERTING DISCERNMENT, LOVE, PATIENCE, AND MORE?

Sabatoge Part 2 ~ Let's Triage and Treat
SELF SABOTAGE IS A DESTRUCTIVE, HINDERING, TERRIBLE BEHAVIOR that many of us tap into at some point in our life.
It's a deceiver, a liar, and will prevent you from reaching your GOD-GIVEN DESTINY if you allow it!
THE SPIRIT OF SABOTAGE IS A SNEAKY SPIRIT, AS IT INFLUENCES OTHERS TO ACT IN WAYS THEY WOULD NOT NORMALLY ACT OR RESPOND.
NEHEMIAH KNEW WHAT HIS ASSIGNMENT WAS, YET HE FACED SO MUCH OPPOSITION, AND SABOTAGE PRESENTED ITSELF MANY TIMES!
LIKE NEHEMIAH, WE MUST LEARN HOW FAITH AND WORKS CAN WORK FOR OUR OWN GOOD!
Let's do some self-discovery by revisiting who we are in the LORD!
JOIN US TODAY AS WE TAP INTO THE AREA OF SELF-SABOTAGE,
Learning first what SABOTAGE IS, AND SEEKING SCRIPTURE ON HOW TO MANAGE IT, AND NOT ALLOW IT TO MANAGE US OUT OF OUR INHERITANCE!
Let's talk about it!!!!

SABOTAGE PART 3 ~ THIS MEANS WAR, SUIT UP BOOT UP
SELF SABOTAGE IS A DESTRUCTIVE, HINDERING, TERRIBLE BEHAVIOR SABOTAGE~!that many of us tap into at some point in our lives.
It's a deceiver, a liar, and will prevent you from reaching your GOD-GIVEN DESTINY if you allow it!
Well, we have laid the groundwork and discussed Sabotage in general. It's a Stronghold and a Strongman.
and Jesus gave us the cheat code on how to defeat it...
TIE HIM UP
We even discussed how the Strongman is who Satan refers to as HIMSELF AND that the spirit of Sabotage is a strong man spirit and high on the demonic hierarchy chain.
What does all of this mean?
SPIRITUAL WARFARE! We heard about it, talked about it, and even prayed against it, but many of us never realized that Spiritual Warfare is not always the possession of a demon or a word cursing.
Many times, something we engage in daily, and that is SABOTAGE
SO TODAY, LET'S LEARN THE PROCESS OF OVERCOMING THIS SPIRIT, BY FIRST GETTING READY.
IT IS TIME TO GET DRESSED. THIS MEANS WAR!
