And for me, the main four functions in commercial, network, customer experience, revenue and sales, and loyalty. And think of that as four different pieces on that circle, almost as if it's a clock. Network at 12, customer experience at 3, revenue and sales at 6, loyalty at 9. And each of those kind of feeds off one another.
