What's not there is the essence, the soul, the inner being that it's like plugging a lamp into a wall. What's missing is that electric energy of when you plug it in. So yeah, you can look at the bulb and you can look at the body, but what's missing doesn't die. What's missing has just been removed from the body into a realm that is non-physical that we, most of us will not see with our physical eyes. but they have not been taken from our hearts and their souls have not been removed from being close to ours.
