And so I do think it had some kind of, there was a number of little turning points that make me feel like I'm in a very different headspace now from three or four years ago. And for most of the earlier, the rest of the earlier part of my whole life. So I think it had a long-term focusing effect, but I don't think of it as like having a death sentence. that's that i'm anticipating because that doesn't that seems to me like that would kind of ruin a lot of the feeling of peace or tranquility or calm i mean maybe it wouldn't maybe it would be but i i think i since i didn't have to do that and i thought i've cured this and now i will have whatever years i was going to have anyway i'm in a very lucky position of not feeling like the axe is going to fall um right so so but then there's this other argument that um like death is a debt that we all must repay.
