[…] And so that's where like the, the, the buyer, we've been saying this all year too, but it's a buyer's market. You know, there's just, there's not a deep bench of qualified buyers with capital, probably outside of like the industrial market, the industrial market's really strong. But outside of that, it's a pretty short list of qualified buyers that are moving on stuff. Yeah, it's pretty interesting because we talk a lot about how land is the first impact. Whenever you have a downturn in the market, land typically does get hit first because developers stop buying land or they get more conservative on land because they're worried about what's going to happen in the future of the market.
