Ep. 033 | You are a Wellspring of life. Stop Accepting the Garbage
Are you guarding your heart, or are you letting the culture around you treat it like a trash can? In a world where, as the Bible forewarned, people are "lovers of themselves" and pride runs rampant, it’s easy to let toxicity seep into our lives and faith. But as believers, we are called to a higher standard—one where we protect our hearts as the wellspring of life, staying anchored in the truth of God's Word. In this powerful episode of "This Ain’t for Punks," we explore the dangers of accepting ungodly influences, the importance of testing every spirit, and how to stand firm in faith amidst a culture that often distracts us from God's purpose. How do we avoid the pitfalls of pride, false teachings, and offense within the church? How can we reflect Christ even when others come at us with negativity? The answer lies in surrendering to God, staying rooted in His Word, and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide us. Join us in reflecting on these biblical truths, challenging misconceptions, and growing in maturity as followers of Christ. It's time to evaluate your life and ask: Are you living in alignment with God's will or letting the noise of the world dictate your actions? Let’s navigate these last days with discernment, humility, and grace, always remembering that we are called and chosen for His purpose. Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your walk with Christ and anchor your faith in the Rock of Salvation. Share this message with someone who needs encouragement today, and let’s continue to build a community of believers who are unshaken in their faith. Stay blessed, stay anchored, and remember—you are not a trash can. Peace and love in Christ!

Ep. 32 | Part 2 Secular Music, Movies, Culture. When is too much, too much?
PART 2: There are so many misconceptions about God. Life as a believer is being separated, Loving, the Father, being loved by our Father in Heaven. Why settle for anything less? Being a "spiritual trash can" - carelessly consuming worldly content - is damaging countless believers' relationships with God. What we allow into our hearts shapes who we become and impacts our spiritual sensitivity. Are you mindful of what you're feeding your spirit? Are you filling your heart with life-giving truth, or are you letting the world pile trash into your soul? In a culture obsessed with self, where "lovers of themselves" thrive and pride dominates, it’s easy to let societal noise outweigh eternal truths. We need to ask ourselves: What are we allowing in? Is what we consume conforming us to Christ or conforming us to the world? Many of us struggle with this balance—caught between what the culture says is acceptable and what the Word of God calls us to. The distractions are endless, and the boundaries of morality seem to shift daily. But as followers of Christ, we’re called to filter everything through His Word. Are you guarding your heart diligently? Are you filling it with His promises or the garbage the world offers? This video challenges you to evaluate your life, your habits, and your heart. The church is not meant to look like the world; we are meant to reflect Christ. It’s time to stop "trying" in our own strength and start "doing" through the Holy Spirit. Let’s move from simply hearing the Word to living it, from being stagnant to growing in spiritual maturity. Join us live and let’s encourage one another to anchor our faith in the solid rock of our salvation. Let’s ask ourselves: What is truly at the center of our hearts? You’re not a trash can. Let’s fill our lives with what glorifies Christ and discard what doesn’t. It’s time to align our lives with His will. Are you ready to take that step? #dailyjesusdevotional #whatblocksspiritualgrowth #howtomatureasabeliever #spiritualgrowth #dailybiblereading
