Louise George– FREQ Magazine, Frequency & Bringing Vision Into Reality
In this expansive and deeply encouraging episode of The 1 Podcast, Lisa Toland sits down with Louise George, founder of FREQ Magazine, to talk about frequency, manifestation, courage, visibility, and what it means to say yes to the thing that keeps tapping you on the shoulder and pushing you forward
Lou shares her unconventional path; from acting in films and television, broadcasting on radio and TV, and having what she describes as an eclectic career, to becoming a master coach and ultimately birthing FREQ Magazine, the vision being: “the Vogue of manifestation.”
This conversation explores the real foundation of manifestation: not magic, but frequency. The frequency as you become clear on what you want and align with it. Lou breaks down the relationship between the heart, gut, and head, how to build coherence between them, and why courage is more important than waiting for confidence or clarity.
She also shares the backstory of how FREQ came through her, how she chooses the women featured in it with deep intentionality and frequency discernment, and why visibility, when done on purpose, becomes a catalyst for transformation.
Lou’s closing declaration says it all:
“I am the one who brings vision into reality.”
