Art of letting go isn't tough, because sometimes you just get used to it. You look blankly at the sky accepting that no one is different, it is all the same. you simply need to start believing in yourself than to be emotionally dependent. Let go for that never was truly yours.

In The Name of Religion- Poem by Riya Ranjana
On the serene paths of Pahalgam, where the Lidder River whispers through the valley and the mountains stand in silent grace, a day meant for peace was shattered by an act of senseless violence. On April 22, 2025, lives were lost in a brutal terror attack that has left families broken, communities grieving, and a nation mourning. We stand in solidarity with the victims and their families, and with all those touched by this tragedy. In remembering them, we reaffirm our collective humanity and our resolve to uphold peace, even in the face of terror.
The news of Kashmiri students being allegedly harrased as a response to these killings was more hurtful. This verily shows that we care more about the reason of killing rather than innocents being killed despite specific reasons. In this moment let us stand against the terror organizations that are weaponising religion and not against the people of our own country. This poetry explores the distress on both the ends and without any political nuances tried to unite the country in the knot of solidarity at times when the violence has shaped it's geography.

World Without You //Poem by Riya Ranjana💌
"The world changed without you. Everything began to make sense, the world is what I seek now , love was what i sought in the past. Every menial taunt is a boulder I carry as a burden, that didn't matter in your presence. Things have changed without you, I have changed without you." Bringing to you a poem from the upcoming poetry collection of "Silence Before Sunsets" 💌

THE DYING FRIEND - Poem
This poem exhibits the dilemma of a person when her friend approaches for advice to get rid of the voices in her mind . The friend believes that person to be the last resort to all her problems .In truth , the person has no solution at all , she mourns at the condition of her friend who is dying of unimaginable pain and depression while she is utterly helpless. So she advices her friend to play online games to distract and calm her mind but thinks she made a fool out of herself .

"The Way You Loved Me " (poem)
"The Way You Loved Me" is a heart wrenching raw poem from the upcoming poetry collection of "Silence Until Sunsets". The poem is written by Riya Ranjana who is an award winning poet and essayist. This journey of love helps you look beyond the darkness of love and that darkness is equally true as the light. The world has never been a place of reunions, it is but a shop of wine where strangers meet, stay for a while and leave. This book will aim to look beyond the life of loneliness and that love and lovers never truly end.
"When The Petals Wilt " by Yugen is another such poetry collection that aims at love , spirituality and self-love. Yugen being a pseudonym for Riya Ranjana , in itself seeks to know about the universe that lives and dies within us.

Poetry - Death is not the end / The Love Letter 💌 27-8
A visual spoken word poetry video that remains stuck in my throat for ages. Something I wished I could have spoken without fear, out loud, when my heart had no capacity to hold what I bore, and today it might be late but a perfect day for something truly emotional and very dear to me.
Happy Birthday to the one that means the world to me, whose absence has brought him even closer to me. This isn't enough and this is certainly not the end. So every year on 27th of August, until I have breath secured in my lungs, this day will be an ode to him with a different heart warming unsent, unsaid letter ✉️ I wish someday, I could sit beside you and recite them all.
This series is for all the people who have lost their loved ones and an ode to all their bonds through this "Love Letter". I hope you never take your people and present for granted. Peace.

I am helplessly drowning | Poetry
Who promised you an everlasting happiness?
No soul would suffice each other, we can never complete anyone, but just become a small part of an orb. My life currently is dealing with lots of impulsive decision and unwanted dependency on people. this is for people who want to get rid of the toxicity, hopelessness and unacceptable misery. this poetry speaks it all.
A well sewn poetry for the distressed. eventually we are all going through the same existential crisis, self doubt. while loading a whole world of burden on our shoulders it is difficult to run across the field. This is a reminder for those who give thought to it. life is beyond the maths of profit and loss, seek a reason for everything that happens in the fore, question everything you see and hear, your chase towards the truth and life will always be worth treading. look for yourself into yourself. there is more than just 'life' and ' death ' , nature has its way to preach you, provided you analyse the reason for every existing thing.

Poetry - Being Missed is Surreal Happiness
A poetry for people who believe that being missed is a sense of justice for their existence as they value their blank space once they are gone. Isn't it enough to be at comfort With people than to stay away to realise how valuable you are? A new city, a magnanimous world it will be, and then will you comprehend the pain of being left out (Instagram) - where_words_begin (YouTube) - YuNation
