What Your Fear is Trying to Tell You
Recently, I was on a walk talking with God about this next season of my life. I knew He was calling me forward, yet I could feel both excitement and fear competing for my attention. That’s when He brought to mind the image of a roller coaster.

The interesting thing about a roller coaster is that you can experience the exact same ride in a few different ways: you can ride the ride and feel absolutely terrified, or you can feel exhilarated! You can also refuse to get on at all. Yet they’re all on the exact same ride. Not all fear is created equal and the goal isn’t to eliminate fear, but to understand what it’s trying to tell you.

In this episode, we’re talking about fear, faith, and how to discern what your fear is actually trying to tell you. Some fear is a warning. Some fear reveals a limiting belief. And some fear simply shows up when you’re standing at the edge of growth. The goal isn’t to eliminate fear—it’s learning how to interpret it so you can move forward with confidence. The roller coaster will always have climbs, drops, twists and turns. Faith doesn’t remove those things, but it changes the opportunity of how you can experience them.

WHAT YOU WILL HEAR IN THIS EPISODE
• Why fear doesn’t always mean you’re on the wrong path
• The three different types of fear—and how to tell them apart
• How limiting beliefs often disguise themselves as fear
• When fear is a legitimate warning sign versus an invitation to grow
• The roller coaster analogy God gave me during a recent walk
• Why faith doesn’t remove the climbs, drops, twists, and turns of life
• What it means to trust God as your harness during uncertain seasons
• The powerful idea that your future self has already resolved what your current self is still debating
• How to make decisions from who you’re becoming instead of who you’ve been
• A simple question to ask whenever fear shows up in your life
• Why some of God’s greatest adventures sit on the other side of fear

LEAVE US A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-abundance-formula-podcast/id1343007048

Related Links for Jeana Oldham

Instagram: @jeana_oldham
Facebook: Jeana Oldham
Website: https://oldhamstrong.com

The Success Trap Nobody Talks About
Success isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about doing less—but with greater focus, intention, and depth. The opportunities that move your life forward are rarely the ones that pull you in ten different directions. They’re the ones that align with your vision and allow you to concentrate your gifts where they can create the greatest impact. We live in a culture that celebrates being busy. Multiple streams of income. Side hustles. New projects. Endless opportunities. We’re taught that saying “yes” means we’re ambitious and driven. But what if some of those good opportunities are actually expensive distractions?

In this episode, we’re diving into one of the biggest traps high performers fall into: spreading their time, energy, and attention across too many directions. You’ll learn why excellence comes from concentration, not expansion, how to recognize when opportunities are pulling you away from your vision, and why going deeper—not wider—may be the fastest path to the success and fulfillment you’re looking for.If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’re working hard but not making the progress you expected, this episode is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL HEAR IN THIS EPISODE
•Why having more opportunities isn’t always an advantage
•The hidden cost of saying “yes” to everything
•How context switching and decision fatigue quietly steal your productivity
•Why many high performers stay stuck despite having massive potential
•The difference between seasons of exploration and seasons of exploitation
•How to leverage every past experience without regretting the path you’ve taken
•Questions to help you identify where your greatest impact and giftedness overlap
•How to determine what is truly worth going deeper on
•Why every “yes” is automatically a “no” to something else
•A practical framework for evaluating opportunities before committing to them
•How narrowing your focus can help you accomplish more in less time
•Why going deeper creates greater fulfillment, mastery, and momentum
•The challenge that could dramatically change your results over the next six monthsLEAVE US A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-abundance-formula-podcast/id1343007048

Related Links for Jeana Oldham

Instagram: @jeana_oldham
Facebook: Jeana Oldham
Website: https://oldhamstrong.com
Leaving God "White Space" to Work in Our Lives
Lately, I’ve been in a season where I’ve wanted so badly to have everything figured out — the detailed business plan, the strategy, the timeline, the next steps. But in the middle of building something new, God keeps bringing me back to one phrase:“Leave Me white space to work.” White space is the unfilled part of the page. The open space. The space where something unexpected can still be written.

And I think so many of us struggle with that because we want certainty. We want control. But if we fill every inch of our lives trying to force outcomes and map every detail ourselves, we leave no room for God to move beyond what we could imagine on our own. In this episode, I’m talking about what it looks like to trust God in the unknown, stop rushing to escape the mystery, and leave space for Him to work in ways we never could’ve planned ourselves.

WHAT YOU WILL HEAR IN THIS EPISODE
•Why our obsession with certainty can actually limit what God wants to do in our lives
•The hidden danger of trying to control every detail of the process
•What I’m personally learning while rebranding and stepping into a new season
•The concept of leaving “white space” for God to move beyond your plans
•Why God can do “abundantly beyond” what our minds can currently imagine
•How over-planning can sometimes become a form of fear instead of wisdom
•The difference between being responsible and trying to play God over your future
•Why obedience often requires movement before clarity
•How to trust God one step at a time instead of forcing the full blueprint
•Encouragement for anyone walking through uncertainty, transition, or stretching seasons
•Why you don’t need every answer before you begin

LEAVE US A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-abundance-formula-podcast/id1343007048

Related Links for Jeana Oldham

Instagram: @jeana_oldham
Facebook: Jeana Oldham
Website: https://oldhamstrong.com
