Vegan vs. carnivore has become more than a debate about food. The carnivore diet, veganism, plant-based eating, factory farming and sustainability have increasingly become tied to political identity, culture war and ideas about who we are supposed to be.
Using the vegan vs. carnivore divide as a case study, I explore how the Lack Matrix turns complexity into us vs. them—and how ideology can quietly replace preference and discernment. We look at Big Meat and influencer culture, ancestral human diets, factory farming, regenerative agriculture, environmental sustainability, vegan purity culture and the possibility that the real way out is not choosing the correct side, but recovering our ability to perceive beyond the binary.

S3: 084 | When Discernment Becomes Hypervigilance: What Comes After Deconstruction?
What comes after deconstruction — and what if some of what we call spiritual discernment is actually hypervigilance?
This conversation explores spiritual warfare, the nervous system, authority, sovereignty, and the work of rebuilding after we begin questioning the beliefs and systems that formed us.
Deconstruction can help us reclaim the ability to say no. But eventually another question emerges:
What are we actually for?
We explore the movement from:
Rebellion → Freedom → Liberation → Sovereignty → Communion
And why dismantling an old belief system does not necessarily dismantle the fear, purity, enemy-making, and reward-punishment patterns underneath it.
